• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

• The remaining balance is split into 2 payments

• Payment 1 (50% of balance)  must be paid by March 31st 2025

• Final payment must be paid by July 31st 2025

• If either payment is not made in proper time -B- On Retreat reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit and any balance payments made.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct. 

• Attendees are wholly responsible for arranging travel insurance

• Flights to and from Marrakesh are not included. 

• Group transfers are included

CANCELLATION

• Deposits are non refundable 

• For cancellations made by March 31st 2025 75% of any payments made (this does not include the non refundable deposit) will be refunded

• For cancellations made between 1st April to 31st July 2025 50% of any payments (this does not include the non refundable deposit) will be refunded

• For cancellations made after 1st August 2025 0% of any payments made will be refunded.

ROOM BOOKINGS / CANCELLATIONS

• 1 Guest in shared triple room - this reservation falls under the above cancellation policy

• 2 guests in a double room or a bungalow - when choosing one of these room options the deposit for 2 people is required at booking to reserve the whole room/ bungalow.  The lead name at point of reservation is responsible for the deposit and the remaining balance for the whole room.  We will collect a client details form from the 2nd guest after booking via email. The cancellation policy applies to the room as a whole. 

• 1 guest in a double room or bungalow - when choosing one of  these room options the deposit for 1 person is required at booking to reserve the whole room/ bungalow.  The cancellation policy applies to the room as a whole.

 

TRANSFERS

• There’ll be two group airport transfer times available for arrival and departure

• Any guest requiring a transfer outside of these offered times will incur the transfer fee

GENERAL 

• -B- On Retreat  reserves the right to cancel, or to re-arrange retreats only in exceptional circumstances. Should this happen, all participants will be notified at the earliest possible point and a full refund, or transfer of the full amount will be offered. In such instances -B- On Retreat is not responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in relation to the retreat, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses. Please ensure upon booking that you hold adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the retreat. 

• -B- On Retreat can not be held liable for any failures beyond their reasonable control to include but not limited to natural disasters, closure of airports, and failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
