A city of colour & culture

On one day of the retreat we will have sunrise class and breakfast before heading off to the city, the bus will bring us back to the villa in time for a relaxing evening class and dinner

Barcelona, the vibrant capital of Catalonia, is a city where art, architecture, and Mediterranean charm blend effortlessly.

It’s a place where every street tells a story, from the modernist masterpieces of Antoni Gaudí to the winding medieval alleys of the Gothic Quarter. The city’s skyline is crowned by the spectacular Sagrada Família, while its rhythm is set by bustling markets, open-air cafés, and the hum of conversation in sunlit plazas.

Even with just one day to explore, visitors can experience a rich taste of Barcelona’s unique culture, cuisine, and atmosphere, admire world-famous architecture, sample authentic Catalan dishes like paella and tapas, stroll along the Mediterranean seafront, and soak up the city’s infectious energy that seamlessly combines history, creativity, and relaxed coastal living
