Terms & Conditions

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

 

Deposit + MONTHLY INSTALMENTS: After paying your deposit we will contact you to set up your monthly instalments.  The remaining balance is spread evenly between the months running up to July 31st 2026.  These payments are set up via direct debit using 'gocardless' under a DD mandate and DD guarantee. 

Deposit + 2 FURTHER PAYMENTS :

After paying your deposit we will contact you to set up your 2 further payments. The remaining balance is split into 2 payments as follows: Payment 1 (50% of balance)  must be paid by February 28th 2026, Payment 2 (final payment) must be paid by June 30th 2026.  If either payment is not made in proper time -B- On Retreat reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit and any balance payments made. 

 

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation and ensure that the particulars contained therein are correct. Attendees are wholly responsible for arranging travel insurance.

Flights to and from Barcelona are not included.

CANCELLATION

Deposits are non refundable

For cancellations made by February 31st 2026 75% of any payments made (this does not include the non refundable deposit) will be refunded

For cancellations made between 1st March 2026 to 31st May 2026 50% of any payments (this does not include the non refundable deposit) will be refunded

For cancellations made 1st June 2026 to July 31st 2026 25% of any payments (this does not include the non refundable deposit) will be refunded

For cancellations made from 1st August 2026 until October 12th 2026 0% of any payments made will be refunded. 

 

 TRANSFERS

There’ll be a group transfer available for arrival (4pm) and departure (time TBC), location TBC. Any guest requiring a transfer outside of these offered times will incur the transfer fee​

GENERAL

-B- On Retreat  reserves the right to cancel, or to re-arrange retreats only in exceptional circumstances. Should this happen, all participants will be notified at the earliest possible point and a full refund, or transfer of the full amount will be offered.

In such instances -B- On Retreat is not responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in relation to the retreat, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses.

Please ensure upon booking that you hold adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the retreat.

-B- On Retreat can not be held liable for any failures beyond their reasonable control to include but not limited to natural disasters, closure of airports, and failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.
