Barre workouts on retreat are suitable for all levels of retreater. Whether you've never done a barre class before or have many years of barre under your belt, you're in safe hands.


Workouts are carefully designed to help you delve deeper into your training and to give you tools that will carry you through your future strength and mobility work.


We train at sunrise, late morning and late afternoon. All workouts are optional
